A/D/S or alpine??

i want to get a amp for my polk components i plan to run a sherwood amp old skool sherwood for my momo 6.5" and db 5.25" i purchased a clairion monster of a crossover and need to make a choice on an amp for my tweets that came with the momo and db components the alpine amp is the mrp240 40 watts x4 rms or the a/d/s 425x 25 watts per channel x 4
