Best speaker for rear center channel?
I am currently considering upgrading my system from a 5.1 system to a 6.1 system. My current system is as follows: Front=RTi70, Center=CSi40, Surround=FXi30. Does anyone have a recommendation for a rear center channel speaker? I was considering the RM202 because its low profile shape would work well. (I plan to install the speaker on a the front of a 10" soffit that runs across the back of the seating area.) Unfortuantely the RM202 does not match the decor of the other five speakers (black finish wood vs. annondized aluminum). Will the RM202 match my existing speakers from a timbre standpoint? Are there other manufacturers that I should be considering?

Can you use another CSi40? That would be best.
The RM202 will be a decent match (Thanks to Dynamic Balance) but there is better. -
Unfortunately, I don't think that another CSi40 would be very practical. There is a built in "computer center" at the back of my Home Theater. When I built the Home theater I prewired for a rear center channel on the front of the soffit which is above the computer desk. I think that it would be difficult to wall mount the CSi40 on the front of the soffit because the CSi40's are 12-1/2" deep - that would be quite a cantilever. I was hoping to find a small, light-weight, wall-mountable speaker with a low profile. (Unfortunately I can't use a flush mount in-wall because there are heating pipes and lots of conduit running through the soffit.) Any other suggestions? I'd like to stick with a good timbre-matched Polk if possible, although I would consider other brands if it makes sense.

The match of your speakers i will not recommend but if csi40 is not going to be good for you go with csi20.(smaller version)
