Global priority Mail
US paid postage
customs declaration :gift, value $40.00
and canada customs: not opened package $3.37 gst. $3.36 pst and $5.00 handling fee -

I'm glad you cleared that up. I couldn't read a single word from those photos Does your camera have a macro mode? It might help focus at close distances.
The only difference I see from packages that I've sent to Canada is the Global Priority Mail. I've always sent stuff Airmail Parcel Post. I'll make sure I ask my buyer from Alberta what, if any, he had to pay on that film scanner I just sent him.For rig details, see my profile. Nothing here anymore... -
