Anyone using the new Polk Monitor 50s? If so are you happy with them? I just picked up a set and run them with my CS245i and have a nice Velodyne sub to deal with the lows. After running the Avia test disk they seem to be matched quite well. Haven't had too much time to use them but so far they sound good. I have read that they are bright (I have the speakers set to small) but I figured the sub would compensate for that. I just put up a few pics on the System Showcase. Cheers.

I just started a thread on this but I just got a chance to demo all the Monitors for a good while and I like them a lot. I dont consider them to be bright at all, but then whats bright to me may not be bright to others.

I think theyre very smooth and have good smooth bass. As with all Polk speakers, they aint the best in the world but for the money you cant beat em.
