Plenty of nice people are ugly or funny-looking. If they didn't have a disease, would you NOT feel bad about making fun of them? Some ugly guy / girl on teh street is fine to mock, but if they have a disease, suddenly they're off-limits? That's asinine.

How the hell do you know they're not reading this thread? They're not allowed to use the internet? I would hate to be one of these people, who's already been made fun of all their life, only to have their picture circulate the internet and become a mock of everyone in the world. That is in reference to the people who still have a shred of dignity.
