9`s & SVS

After UPwoops lost my 9`s and LSiC for a week now, they finaly showed up today..

one 9 has a slight skidmark on the side because the shipper put the hardware to the stands in the box with the speak..:(

Upwoops also left my SVS ultra in the wharehouse last friday, and went on their route without it...

Must be hard to spot a crate the size of a large file cabinet,or small fridge...

They tried to deliver it today but I was at work and not here to sign for it, so now I`m going to thier wharehouse at 8:30 tonight to get it myself...

    Funny stuff, UPS lost the PC Ultra my Dad ordered...

    It was under the coveyer belt...funny stuff...

    Congrats on the new gear, sorry about the UPS screw ups...

    It's like pieces to a puzzle coming together.....ah those were the days :)
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Take a knife...

    Go to the REAR of the Sub...

    Stick the knife under the metal grill, and slowly lift up, just make sure you dont rub the grill or scrape over it...do it slowly...

    The grill will slowly raise up and you can push the grill back down...

    It might come off with your hands since the PC ultra was designed around tuning and may be easier to get offf than mine..

    Can I hook this beast up to my parasound amp?

    I e-mailed Ron @ SVS to find out about getting a new top, and he sent another one out already...

    SVS CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCKS...!!!

    They are very much cool, and very much behind thier product.

    You could plug it up to the parasound but you'll need a crossover of some type

    You could connect it via the sub out, it should have a crossover

    You would run speaker wire from amp to subwoofer, sub out to amp input...

    Atleast, thats what I would think...

    Subwoofer To speakers (subwoofer line OUT)...

    Thats the only way I know how to do it

    works great lil bro...

    I laid down next to it to watch the extension, then slowly put my hand in there (not sure what made me do that)

    It hit my hand and thumped so hard behind me, that I almost soiled my shorts..!!:D

    This baby ROCKS...

    It seems to blend REAL nice....If the floor wasn`t moving you would swear all the bass is coming from the speaks...
