Do I need a separate power chord for both? (MTX1501D)
I Plan to run them to batcap(s) Just didnt know if i could connect them in a sequence or they had to be separate. Any Ideas?

I like street wires RCAs better...but I don't know why you would chose one of those since knukonceptz is almost twice as cheap, comes in a variety of colors, more flexible, tinned, and has a better jacket...

just send them to a distro block
id still go wth knukonceptz. that kit when its shipped it $70...
you can get knu for just over that b/c youll need a distroblock as well. and the knu is a better kit(youll also have to get their rca's which are pretty damn good so ive heard, id venture to say better than the musicas and im a big fan of SW interconnects

installing amps isnt that hard...its extremely simple and straight forward...id seriously consider doing it yourself...
as long as its a short run of 4awg, like 2 ft or less you will not have a problem

Jus one amp would be kewl but ... the other amp wont exactly fit across the back wall the anchors for the seatbelts will be in the way. Plus gotta have the box fabricated that is whats gonna kill me price wise.

I vote Streetwires too. I also agree with Cody that you should do it yourself.

Dont trust what the installer will tell you about the cap. Ive had them try to talk me into buying one with a 200 watt amp!!! I say hook everything up first and if you have voltage problems then look to a cap or something. Unless youre running a 50 amp alternator or 10,000 watts you probably wont need one.

ok.. next question....where would i need fuses if the distribution block has a but load in it. On each branch of the 0ga to the amps? do I need the customary fuse b4 it gets to the distribution/fuse? OR does the fuses in the dist. block take the place of all of them?

youll need to have one within 18" of the battery. just a regular in line fuse holder. this is to protect your truck from catching on fire so its pretty important...then the distroblock you showed will have a fuse for each individual amp
