Well, they started framing this week on the new digs. Damn interest rates are starting to climb though; I've been watching BankRate.com for months. looks like we'll be closing late May/early June. Very cool....
I'll post a few pics later next week.

Same boat here, basement walls are up and they're pouring the rest of the foundation today. There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them. We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time.-Menkin

Hey Steve, are you still staying in AZ? We lived in Glendale for a while when we were at Luke AFB. Man, it was *HOT* there!

you make sure u watch them framers....
Heres a helpful tip...
Get them to put 1/4 boards at angle, setted in the walls, particularly around your HT room, it will ties the walls together *start the 'brace' on a corner or outside wall* - it really makes the house stronger...- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit. -

My cousin went to school down there (that Motorcycle school in Phoenix) and I visited him a few times, once in August. It hit 124 one of the days. Dry heat or not - that's f-ing HOT!!If you will it, dude, it is no dream. -

Yep, just moving about 1 mile from my current house. It's not very hot here, Phoenix is HOT. I'm about 4600 ft elevation, so even though you're traveling south, it actually gets cooler. We average about 4-6 degrees cooler than Tucson, and about 8-12 degrees cooler than Phoenix.Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2 -
