How to shop for a tuner??

OK, I'm ready to set up a tuner in my reference system, but I don't know much about them. Gotta ask -- how do I shop for a tuner? What features/specs should I be looking for?
Here are my parameters -- First of all, I don't want XM. I don't want to spend any more than $200 for a new or used unit. I'm only interested in 3 or 4 local stations, all of which are about 15 miles away (I live in the suburbs of Atlanta). So I don't think I'll need a super high powered tuner with all the bells and whistles. I'm just looking for something very basic that can get the job done. I also want something that's fairly new, like made within the past couple of years. I'm not into vintage stuff. It's gotta sorta match the components I already have. Currently been checking out Parasound or Cambridge Audio units. Will they work?
Thanks.

I prefer the boneless filets2 channel - Willsenton R8 tube integrated, Holo Audio Spring 3 KTE DAC, audio optimized NUC7i5, Windows 10 Pro/JRiver MC29/Fidelizer Plus 8.7 w/LPS and external SSD drive, PS Audio PerfectWave P3 regenerator, KEF R3 speakers, Rythmik F12SE subwoofer, Audioquest Diamond USB cable, Gabriel Gold IC's, Morrow Audio SP5 speaker cables. Computer - Windows 10/JRiver, Schiit Magni 3+/Modi 3+, Fostex PMO.4n monitors, Sennheiser HD600 headphones -
They will work, I wouldn't buy the Cambridge. My buddy Jim at fmtunerinfo.com just got one in to review, and he said it SUCKS.
If you want something newer, try and find a used NAD or Proton (specifically the 440).

Thanks for the link. Ended up ordering a similar Teac:

This one will look better with my components and has a remote. I'll be satisfed as long as I can get my jazz stations locked in pretty well.
Was a bit skeptical about ordering a Teac. Not sure of the build quality.HT/2-channel Rig: Sony 50 LCD TV; Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player; Emotiva LMC-1 pre/pro; Rogue Audio M-120 monoblocks (modded); Placette RVC; Emotiva LPA-1 amp; Bada HD-22 tube CDP (modded); VMPS Tower II SE (fronts); DIY Clearwave Dynamic 4CC (center); Wharfedale Opus Tri-Surrounds (rear); and VMPS 215 sub
