Onkyo recievers

Hi:
I am looking at purchasing either a Onkyo tx-sr702 or tx-nr901 for my home theater. I like the 901 because it has hookups for computer audio but it does not have all the extra hookups that the 702 does and it costs more. I was thinking about streaming my computer audio to my stereo for music once I buy a new computer next year but I would like to by wire my fronts and use optical hookups for all my components which I can't do with the 901.
I was wondering about everyone's opinion on these recievers?

You can still use your computer as a jukebox with about and receiver that has RCA inputs. I ran my computer into my 9-year-old Onkyo, with a mini-to-RCA jack.

or get any number of soundcards with optical/ coax digital out. I can run my coax out through the cable tv rg-59 in my house down to the stereo no problem... Yeah, I probably have jitter like you wouldn't believe, but they're mp3's. I'd go with the 702 and figure out another solution.Gallo Ref 3.1 : Bryston 4b SST : Musical fidelity CD Pre : VPI HW-19
Gallo Ref AV, Frankengallo Ref 3, LC60i : Bryston 9b SST : Meridian 565
Jordan JX92s : MF X-T100 : Xray v8

The 901 probably sounds better.

I was wondering because with the 901 it think with the data link you have the option to control what songs play on your computer from the reciever.Current Setup:

I own the Onkyo TX DS898 AVR which is the older model of that 901 with the netlink, the 898 doesn't have this. All in All think its a wonderful sounding AVR, making a nice Pre /Pro right now also.
So my vote would be for the 901 over the 702.

I have the 901 in my HT setup and the networking works pretty well. I have it wired into a home network with cable modem and wireless access. You are able to scroll through your mp3 on the TV screen and sort by artist, genre, etc. The sound quality on the netradio feature is hit or miss depending on the station.2 ch rig:
