When I was looking at subs, I had a guy at a high end store in town recommend the 10" Earthquake, which supposedly went down to 20Hz. The price was $800.
I was not impressed with it in the store, and if it went down to 20 Hz, it wasn't with any stregnth or authority.
Then I went for the SVS PB 10 ISD for $400, and it shakes the whole house down the a strong 18 Hz. So much for "earthquake."
