Ah ok, I was just thinking about how my Uncle has a bunch of old Theater stuff, it's pretty neato, film projector, seats, signs, the whole shoot-n-match (except speakers :( oh well, according to him, the behemoths wouldn't fit throught any door, window, double door or anything for that matter in a normal house).

I don't know where specifically for that type of seating (anywhere I have seen it it's been ridiculously overpriced), but those built in cupholders are about the biggest piece of shiat of the entire seat, scratching, denting, and looking overworn with very little effort........

I see this the same way I do about buying speakers online. How can you honestly buy a seat online? Do you know how it feels by looking at it? Do you know what exactly the color will be? Is your monitor calibrated perfectly so the colors and design comes out exactly how you want it? Furniture is one of those things you have to see in person to know how you like it, again, kinda like speakers. We sell home theater chairs in my department now and it's funny how all the ones that look really comfortable aren't and how the one's that look bland and boring are the ones I fall in love with. There's a few that slip through the cracks but that's typically how it goes.

I have been thinkin about that and am on the fence. I am hoping I can find a good dealer thats honest and knows the chairs......and is goona be truthfull about comfort....sure one mans comfort is anothers hell, but I am willing to take a shot (with a good return policy :))

And as far as price...holy carp....99% of the places I have found ae funny they are so expensive. But today I stumbled across 4seating.com and must say their pricing isnt to bad at all. If anyone wants to stroll on over and give me some thoughts...that would be sweet!

was just over there looking around. Do you honestly think it's going to be easy to describe how one will feel in comparison to another? Seriously, just go down to a few local furniture shops. It'll be so much easier and better. Hell, ask them for a discount. That way you can feel like you're getting a deal. I know just looking at his prices, they aren't to good!

Not sure where you live or what furniture shops you are goin to.....I am in Denver and for chairs like that its generally around 800 bux PER chair. I have been to several local places and its either WAY to expensive or its "sorry, we dont carry anything like that"

    But I'll keep on alookin
