I've been reading over there a lot the past few days, going through the reviews and the forum. I decided today to join. I probably 'Registered' about 2.5-3 hours ago, and I still haven't received a confirmation e-mail. I even clicked 'back' to make sure that I typed in my e-mail address correctly (and I did).

So, am I unusually impatient? Is this taking an unusually long time?

    haven't had any experience there. My personal stomping grounds are www.dalantech.com

    They have great articles and very helpful folks over there. It's a smaller, more personal forum, I think. I'm registered there under "DooD" if you happen to stop by.

    yeah, I just broke into the top 10 a few months ago. :)

    PS- While the forums are geared more towards networking, the sections cover all the bases... hardware, OS, software... It's really become quite a large wealth of info. Do make sure you check out the system building articles down at the bottom of the forum.

    I've been reading around in the forums there for a little while. Mostly the games forum.

    One question, are most of the posters kids? I read far too many just plain stupid comments that would have been funny when I was in junior high. Same kind of humor. Is it just me?

    I'm not sure. I've been reading (and posting; as audiobliss) under Recommendations, mostly. Everyone there, it seems to me, has at least a little bit of age on 'em.

    Seems to be a nice site.

    EDIT: Of course, I'm 17...so I could just be overlooking it.....:p
