Found these "Glass Catfish" at the fish store yesterday. They're so trippy, I had to buy a few. It's hard to see in the pic, but their body is transparent.

The entire tank. Pretty hard to get a good pic through glass. But in the tank there are 2 glass catfish, 3 gold tetra, 10 neon tetra and a single angel fish.

My 7 year old red belly piranha. 9" of terror. This guy attacks the gravel cleaner I use to clean my tank. Very aggressive. He ate a tank mate about 5 years ago.

And finally, my black diamond piranha. He's about 6 years old. Purchased him when he was the size of a dime. He's about 5" in length now. A LOT more aggressive than the red belly. When they mature, their body turns jet black and eyes become blood red. Gotta wait about 10 more years for mine to mature.

I'm thinking about getting a tank again, but they're just so much work, and I'm just so lazy...

Nice looking fish there... you feed those piranha mice or what :)

I had a goldfish and a scum sucker once. The goldfish was around 3.5 years old, then I bought a damn wal-mart fish and it diseased the other two and killed them. Poor Gill :(
    Ludicrous gibs!

    Nadams,
Sorry to hear about your fish. Those Wal Mart employees just don't know how to take care of them.

I just lost a fish not too long ago. That angel fish used to have a breeding partner. She was beautiful but for some reason, everytime she got pregnant, she would go all weird. One day she just died. It was very sad. I had her for 4 years.

I feed them feeder goldfish, beef, shrimp, etc.

You should get started again. It's only a lot of work when you want to get the tank going. After everything's cycled, you'll only spend a few hours a week max.

    Sean,
    Very nice fish. Bony too:)

    Audiobliss,
Thanks man. Actually, I have to stick my hand in there everytime I do my 20% water change. For some reason they like to attack the gravel vacuum and not my hand. I have to keep my eyes on them the entire time. I can tell when they're pissed from their body language. They usually tip their head down and bring their tail up before attacking. But they're unpredictable. So I try to stay far away.
