suggestions for car system

Could someone help me in setting up car audio system in my 1989 Honda Accord Lx Sedan. Please lists out the match for:

Amplifiers
Mp3 and CD Players
Component Speakers
Cables

Please help with the optimum sound with the best budget.

    How much you want to spend?

    Cause I could recommend a set of MB Quart Q's, a couple of Xtant amps, a couple W7's and youre in the $5000 range real quick.

    Then again, you could go with all ESA amps and Panasonic speakers and be in the $200 range....but you can imagine what it would sound like.
