Sony STRDA2000ES receiver...how is it?

I can get one for $482 at pcmall.com and was wondering if it was as good as its specs? Thanks.

    I think with that receiver and on up, they started using the digital amps...

    They had major issues with those at the beginning and recalled a bunch of their units.

    I personally like the Sony ES stuff, just don't have any experience with the newer digital amps...

    The problem is fixed according to Sony USA.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
