i already bought my 1000w crunch amp, got the wiring, and will buy the box for my sub(s).
The sub is an audiobahn aw102T - 450rms and 900 peak
should i get another sub or will this one work fine? also am i risking blowing out the sub with the 1000 w power?

you should be able to bridge that amp to get 500 watts, thats what i would do...

the amp is 1000 x 1 bridged @ 4 ohms.
but it is most likely very over rated.
so no - you're not going to hurt the sub.The Artist formerly known as PoweredByDodge -
i will probly bridge the 4ohm sub to get 500 watts
