Hey,
Well I have had my system for about a month now and I have enjoyed it thus far. The center channel and rears probably weren't the best choices to match my T90's but the system still sounds great. This past weekend my gfriend and I watched Star Wars and Empire and they both looked and sounded great.
I had my doubts about the receiver (Denon 1905) when I first bought it but it has worked out. I like all of the features and it's perfect for my needs. I would recommend it to anyone who was starting out.
Perhaps in the future when I get a bigger house and start making better money I can up grade but for now I am really happy with everything.

Nice to hear you are enjoying your system. I'm getting to demo a 1905 with my system right now and it souns pretty good. The good thing is that it has preamp outputs to all channels, so if you want more power later, just add amplifiers.
Have you tried the component video upconversion yet with it? Since I'm basically just using a DVD player with my setup, I don't really have anything to check it out with.
Remember, you are the only one that needs to be satisfied with your setup.
Relax and enjoy it.Tschüss

The only thing I use is a DVD player. -

I haven't noticed any static since the last time. I still need to get a callibration meter. My girlfriend mocks me everytime I mention it. -
It may have been just that one movie. Don't worry to much about calibrating your system if it sounds good to you now, relax and enjoy it. But do it some time

Have a great weekend and thanks for all of your help.

Glad to hear you are enjoying it all!
Your name is the same as my drafting teachers, at first - I thought you were him... and was terrified- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.
