Doesn't metter, he's getting 10 counts of homicide and aggravated assault. He's going to jail for a long time unless his lawyer can prove that he is unfit to stand trial. At that point, he goes for psychiatric evaluation and then spends months, if not years is a psychiatric institution until he is released and deemed healthy and then they can reopen the case.

They also get the 'fortune' of living with the knowledge that they have killed innocent people, I don't care what anybody says, I think it can bother anybody, some are better at hiding it than others.

Exactly. For some folks living is a worse punishment than death. (Depending on your beliefs of the afterlife, I suppose)
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

That guy deserves masssssssssive amounts of torture. Not to the point of death or even passing out but as close as he possibly can. Such as being attacked by a dog then put into a tub full of alcohol/peroxide. Then right before he passes out, pull him out, dry him off... then throw him in a bee dwelling and start rattling the Queen. That kind of torture... and let it happen for the next 10-25 years.

    Toxis...I agree...
As to others regarding his time in jail, that would cost too much money....put him in a room with a loaded shotgun and tell him "we will be back in 5 minutes...you know what to do.." Prisons cost way too much money and this **** has costed way too much in society to waste another cent....IMO of course.

not when you make his bank account/credit cards fund it. ;) So he'll have to work AND support his torture treatments... that'll make him rethink his decision to get out without moving the car.
