which sub is better? MM124 or MM2124. Same with component sets, MM6 or MMC6500? thanks in advance.

    is it possible to wire 2 sets of the MMC6500's to make a 4 ohm load?

    I think the MM2124 is better. It doesnt hold as much power but I like the way it sounds a little more.

    I also like the MMC6500 better. Although the MM6 is a heavy duty speaker, I have found it requires a good bit of tweaking and really need to be bi-amped for best results but the x-over isnt bi-ampable. The MMC6500 sounds better in every aspect to me. The MM6 is a little more natural sounding but the MMC is smoother. Both are extremely detailed tho.

    If you mean 2 mids and 2 tweeters then yes that would be a 4 ohm load.

    4 mids and 4 tweeters would be a 2 ohm load.
