Gmail is a free email service provided by google with a 1 gb inbox and other stuff like that. Gmail is still in beta so you have to be invited by a gmail member to get access to a free account.

Its fairly new... from what I've seen most people that know about it are the people that have it already.

I've got a question for those of you who already have Gmail. I have an account, which says I have 6 invites. If I try to click the link to invite someone, it does nothing. It's like a empty link...any ideas?

when i click mine this little green screen comes up and lets you invite people...
gmail is by far the best email service ive ever used just because everything is so incredibly easy
all your emails back and forth to the same person, if its under the same title will stay in a "conversation"
all that does is list all your emails, you click it once and it shows you the first sentence of every email(theres and your reply), then you can click on individual ones to expand it to read the whole thing
you also have a search feature which allows you to search through your inbox
you can only get invited though

I like it for organizing stuff but only thing I think its missing are things like font color and size and stuff like that.

The conversation feature is nice, but the thing I love is that you never delete your email. It's all archived, so you can go back and literally search your old email if you need to. Like I have google alerts for a lot of the different of home theater stuff I sell, so if I need to look something up, it is there
