yes, AND when he was about to kill his son..he closed his eyes i believe and when he chopped of his head...it was that of a lamb or goat not 100% on which of the two. on Eid, a muslim SHOULD sacrafice as many lambs, goats, and camels as they can depending on financial conditions of the person and distribute the meat to the poor...
