of those i'd go with xtant and ID Max
for the subs take a look at the Adire Brahma

DEFINITELY go with the Xtants. They rule!
I also agree with Joel with the ID MAX. Awesome subs. Put out tons of volume and still sound great!polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005

the adire brahma is better than the MM2124, right?
-
the adire Brahma is in a much different league from the Polk subs.
Bear in mind that this sub costs almost $400, and with a different brand name would probably go for $600.MacLeod: I guess youre lucky Polk has such lax hiring standards.

Yeah, the Brahma is in the league of IDMAX, W7, and H2. Real heavy hitters there.polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005

well, ok.....
i would buy maybe later an brahma.....
i dont know why i buy 2 mm2124 instead 1 brahma -
brahma will cost you more... more for the sub and more for the power... for a 10" you'd need at least 1000w...
that calls for 1/0ga wire for the total system, a LOT of dampening, upgraded alt, and probably a second battery to make sure you have an electrical system that can handle it... (with a good amp you're looking at like an 80-100A draw...)MacLeod: I guess youre lucky Polk has such lax hiring standards.

I dunno. You could get a MM2124DVC for about $150. Itll handle 800 watts and sound great.polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005

Trust me, youll be fine.
The MM2124 isnt a mega bass sub that will pound your windshield out but it is one of the better sounding subs on the market.
Just wait til you get them hooked up and powered. I assure you that you wont regret your purchase.polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005
