anyone else get hooked on this series. i got the first season dvd set for christmas . started watching it and now i can't stop. i don't get hbo so i cant even watch the second season ! guess i have to wait until next year for the second season dvd set :( . same thing happened to me with sopranos, watched season one through four on dvd and now can't watch season five , i think i'm gonna pass on any more series, can never watch them consistantly on tv.

    I used to watch and then it got too weird for me and I lost track and decided to dump hbo for showtime.

    second season roocks so far..the first season they spent a lot of time setting up things as far as plot
    its starting to take off now

    Carnivale is definitely a wonderful series. Sopranos I can pass on, but Six Feet Under and Carnivale are the only reasons I have a subscription to HBO.

    Anybody else notice this week they made up for the first episode of the season not having any nudity? Seemed to be an ample amount this past Sunday ;)

    Yup, hooked me as well. Definitely heading for a showdown this year. But will we see "Management's" face???

    Between Canivale and Deadwood, I can easily justify my HBO subscription...

    Man...this series is soooo worth getting into. The story lines are great and always exciting. I'm really into this kind of stuff....it just sucks it's so long before the next season comes out on DVD. Still got to watch the first 3 episodes of season 2.
