Went to order my new system yesterday from Crutchfied to take advantage of Polks special offer (spend over $499 in speakers get $200 off a sub or psw 10 free. Found out the offer expired 4 days ago, now the same system will cost me $200 more do to my poor timing and bad luck!!!!

I don’t really want to order the system now and pay full price. What I am wondering is if any one knows Polks past track record of when they offer specials and what kind they offer. Can I do better than the prices below? (I do not want to purchase used)

Fronts Rti6 $379 pair
Center Csi3 $200
Sub Psw3 $300

    I dont know where you are but there is an HK/RTi/SW system for sale at craigslist.org in washington dc for ar great price...good luck

    If you have a Tweeter store within a reasonable distance, I believe that the $379 is list on the RTi6's, but if you buy some kind of system they will come down on them. I believe the CSi3 center is $179 at Tweeter. You might be able to get the PSW404 sub at close to your $300 if you're buying the other speakers at the same time.

    If you want to buy NIB, but not from an authorized Polk dealer, there are RTi6's that go on eBay for considerably less.

    E-bay is usually the cheapest way to go.You'll lose out on any deals Polk has going but for the cash your saving you can spend it on other things.I got a pair of RTi-12's for 800 bones.;)
