    I think russ' "pink" pre was a audio experiance.. This one takes 1 6x4 rect tube and 3 12ax7's i think they are called for output... I may pick one up to try with this parasound amp... and keep the parasound pre also to compare the 2

    I was looking at that and amazed with the price and their claims. I would like to have some opinions on the Audio Experience since I am looking for an entry level hi-end pre-amp for my system.

    My friend has this Audio Experience pre tube amp. It is just as good, if not better, than his Audio Research pre. He recently changed out the tubes and now it's awesome.

    Excellent value for the money. I almost bought one. Looks great, too.

    Read the great feedback from the guy who is selling it.

    The only drawback is if you ever have warranty/repair issues. Otherwise, go for it. Also check audiogon. Sometimes you can find them used for $250 - $300.

    I think i plan to get one of these real soon, all the tube pre talk and after getting a nice parasound amp.. i think i want to try tubes in the pre stage.. well see
