Sub woofer pre out to line in (l/r)

My receiver has a sub woofer per out that specifies the use of a monural audio cabel. My sub woofer (Polk Audio RM6800 speaker system) has line inputs for left and right. How do I make this connection? Is there a cabel that cna accomodate this?
