Question about dual 4 ohm subs

Will two dual 4 ohm subs bridged to a 2 channel amp equal a 4 ohm mono load? If the amp is 150x2 @ 4 ohms and 600x1 @ 4 ohms bridged, wouldn't I get 300 watts to each sub?

Yes but only if you wire them in series.
Wire them in parallel and youre looking at a 1 ohm load and a fried amp! But hook em up series and it will be a 4 ohm mono load.polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005

Do you mean wire the voice coils in series and the subs in parallel?
Is that what your saying? -
you can do either way: VC's parallel- series to the amp or series the VC's and parallel to the amp. Second choice is probably more popular.
4/2=2.... 2+2=4
4+4=8... 8/2=4 -
This would be 2 DVC subs wired in series and would present a 4 ohm mono load.
