"In a brief telephone interview with Reuters, Aitken said, 'I am not at liberty to discuss the complaint unless it is a paid-interview situation',".
What an idiot... -
this is dumb.....in canadawe can't sue for the hell of it.....the dumb a$$ could have changed the channel....I think Im gooa sue the Jay leno show I get scared of his chin and it gives me nightmares

What a goddam fairy.
Seriously, these kinds of lawsuits should incur penalties of their own. This is a waste of the court's time, adn this guy should be punished, as should his counsel. Slap a fine on them for a ludicrous lawsuit, and see how fast this type of thing stops happening. If you will it, dude, it is no dream. -
I love it, a hand written complaint because he was too stupid to change the channel. These people should be deported to an island where they can all be stupid together and blame eachother for their lot in life. There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them. We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time.-Menkin

This moron is a Paralegal, therefore he has some knowledge of the law, but not enough to be an attorney. He is acting as his own attorney. Hopefully if the judge who gets the case is smart he will throw the case out.Marantz AV-7705 PrePro, Classé 5 channel 200wpc Amp, Oppo 103 BluRay, Rotel RCD-1072 CDP, Sony XBR-49X800E TV, Polk S60 Main Speakers, Polk ES30 Center Channel, Polk S15 Surround Speakers SVS SB12-NSD x2

If this is true, can the guy get kicked out of law entirely. I should sue his dumb a$$ for wasting taxpayer money with his stupidity...
I agree with the person above, judge should throw the case out and fine the plantif for wasting the courts time. There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Where's Willard when ya need him!?!Political Correctness'.........defined
"A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a t-u-r-d by the clean end."
President of Club Polk -
He's not in law, he is in laymans terms an attorney's assistant/secretary. He does all the grunt work for the attorney.
Which gives him just enough knowledge to be annoyingly stupid.
No doubt if he works for a law firm, he will probably very quickly find himself out of a job.Marantz AV-7705 PrePro, Classé 5 channel 200wpc Amp, Oppo 103 BluRay, Rotel RCD-1072 CDP, Sony XBR-49X800E TV, Polk S60 Main Speakers, Polk ES30 Center Channel, Polk S15 Surround Speakers SVS SB12-NSD x2 -
High blood pressure does not make you get light headed.
