I would like to know your opinion or comparison between the speakers of the two models above for music? Are the LsiFx good for SACD? Thanks.

From what I've read from users, the LSiFX do well in both localized and diffuse audio performance. A lot of it may depend on where they will be placed in relation to your listening position. If they are directly to the side, then the recommended setting is di-pole, in which the opposing drivers are out of phase, creating a diffused and spread out sound, harder to localize and hence counteracting their close [rpximity. When they speakers are placed behind the listening position, the recommended setting is bi-pole, in which the sound is still spread out, but not as diffuse as the di-pole setting. If you do go with the LSiFX, I think a good place to put them would be behind you listening position and set for bi-po9le, thus taking advantage of both direct and diffuse qualities.

the only thing is that the LSiFX's are huge, maybe bigger in overall dimensions than the LSi9's. So hopefully you have enough wall space and support.

If you think the LSiFX's are huge, check out the dimensions on the fx1000s. :)

I'm also wondering if the FX will sound good with multi channel music. The large size has been mentioned. Are stands made that fit the FX?

    Thanks
