Just got my Delphi MyFi XM2go kit. This is the XM radio that you can go jogging with, use it in your car, or home. It comes with three different antennas, one for your car, big one for your house, and a little one to clip on your shirt when you are walking around with it!

Hopefully I'll have a review for you by tomorrow.

Regards,

So far its been a fun little unit. By setting the antenna on top of my center channel and aiming it toward my basement window, I'm able to get full signal strength.

    Random observations:

-Awesome variety! You can jump around to any kind of music you like, or talk radio, comedy, etc.

-Quality seems to be like MP3's in the 160-192kbs range.

    -No noise floor or static.

-Have to set the stereo about 10 clicks higher to match tuner output level.

-It will only let you adust line output level if you're using it with car outputs.

-Has scrolling stock ticker, you can put in up to 20 different tickers.

-You can record and store XM radio with it!!

    -Comes with leather protector case.

I love XM, been a subscriber for over 2 years. It is definetly one of the best purchases I've made to date.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Yeah, when I bought my car in mid-2003 it cam with XM Radio as a factory option. Otherwise I probably never would have tried it. I'm now hooked, and also have a Skyfi at my office... although it just bit the dust this morning... blank screen. Nuts!

I would hope he isn't running THAT fast, or he'd be in the Olympics.

so as a whole is XM better than Sirius? I have Sirius with my DishNetwork contract, but I'm about to cancel with them and will be looking at either Sirius or XM.

I hear alot of talk about drop-outs with Sirius. Now keep in mind, it's hear-say; I've never had Sirius, so I don't know from personal experience. I went with XM because of the bigger customer base.

I'm going to revise this to be "128-192kbps range." Some stuff seems to be really compressed. If you flip between channels, voices tend to have a similar tonal quality (hard to explain). Still very enjoyable though, I'm hooked on the uncensored comedy when I'm driving to and from work.
