cross over freq and amp set up

Im not sure what to set the crossover frequencies to on my amp. It gives me the option to change the bass, mid, and treb crossover freq and i have no clue what to set them on. if you want to see my system to help it should be in the system show case.

Are you talking about changing this on your receiver? What kind of receiver do you have?

yes, all the settings are on the reciever. i have a sony es333. theres so many options that i dont even know where to start
