Hey people,

Cant sleep. So i thought i would write a post. I was wondering if you people could help me. You have a 1996 chevy s10 ext cab.
This truck comes with 4x6 in the dash, 6.5 in the doors and 4x10:mad: in the rear.(I hate those speakers the suck major **********) Anyways, using only polk audio gear what would you do to that truck. I put 2 polk momo 10's(MM2104) in the back and i put mom 4x6(MMC460) and 6.5 (MMC6500). I wos just going to get rid of the 4x10's like you all said in previous post. And all that is geting wired with a 500.1 and 400.4 polk carbon series amps. Final i top that all off with an alpine IVA-D300. That is what i have planed for my truck. If you have any suggestions for my idea or a completely different idea please let me know.

Thanks for your imput,
Mike

I agree with Cody, dump the 4x6's. The MMC6500 will be plenty for that truck.

You can keep the 400.4 and bi-amp the Carbons. I am a huge advocate of bi-amping. Im bi-amping my MM6's and I personally think they sound a lot better than if they were straight wired. I know cause I tried it.

So thats it, a pair of 2104's pushed by the 500.1 and the MMC6500s bi-amped off the 400.4. Sound like youre all set. ;)
