Cashed in some AMEX Rewards points tonight on a brand spankin' new Onkyo TX-SR502 HT reciever! Cost me nuthin' thanks to rewards points I racked up using my AMEX card!

Plans are still to do tube amps for main and surround channels and get an Outlaw 950 Pre/Pro but since funds are limited and this cost me nothing...well, it did cost me something but I already got goods and/or services for the previous cost so this cost me nothing. So this will be to hold me over until that Outlaw 950 is within financial reach!

So yeah, brand new Onkyo TX-SR502 comin' my way on Thursday! It's silver too so it matches the rest of my silver gear for the TV stuff. I'm quite happy!

Just gotta get interconnects and speaker wire for it all.

Oh, here's some pictures and info:

I've had Onk and would readily recommend them to anyone looking at them.

They're great at their pricepoint and are loaded with a bunch of features (most of which you'll probably never really use), but what receiver isn't these days.

    Good stuff.
