    If youre going to do that then I dont suggest Orion. Theyre class D amps are really expensive for what you get. For instance, in order to get the 800 watts youd need to power those 2 subs youre looking at $800!

    If youre going this route I suggest going with MTX. You can get this MTX Thunder801D for a ridiculously low price right now at Sound Domain. Then run your components with this Thunder342.

    If you can afford $1200 for amps alone then go with Orion but if your budget just wont allow it then you cant beat these MTX amps especially since theyre on clearance right now.

    so u say that i can use 3 amps... right?

    2 MTX Thunder801D (one for each Subwoofer) and 1 Thunder342 for the components, right?

    btw, i think that i can drive 2 components 6.5 + 2 6x9 to use in the rear of the car (close to the subwoofer) with the orion.

    but will be a little expensive :)

    or use one MTX Audio Thunder502 to move just the components and dont use any 6x9.

    Use one 801 for both subs. 400x2.

    Use one 342 for the MMC6500s.

    Dont use the 6x9s

    btw, i see that just are 400x1 the 801 say that just are mono....

    * Amplifier Type: Mono
    * RMS Power: 400W x 1 @ 4 ohms
    * THD at 4-Ohm RMS Power: <2%
    * RMS Power: 800W x 1 @ 2 ohms
    * Speaker Level Inputs: Yes
    * Preamp Outputs: Yes
    * Built-In Crossovers: LP
    * Bass Boost: 0-18 dB
    * Frequency Response: 20-200 Hz
    * Signal to Noise Ratio: >100 dB
    * Fuse Rating: 3 x 25 amps

    i think that something are wrong :)

    you wont get any more DBs out of 6x9s...maybe .5dB which is barely audible, all it will do is smear your sound. since the rear speakers are farther away from you than your fronts, the sound will hit you at different times, thus smearing your sound. The amp says 800x1@2 ohms. Thats what you need to look at. 2 4ohm subs will present a load of 2 ohms to the amp

    Hypothetically, couldn't the time correction on the higher end Alpines fix the smearing problem?

    I still don't run rears regardless, the 6x9 holes let more sound come in from the trunk mounted (2 Alpine 10" Type Rs) and the Front components do just fine on their own( Polk DBs, the older better ones)

    hypothetically, depending on how adjustable it is, yes, you could fix it. but that aries another question. how many concerts have you attended where they had speakers in front and behind you? also, CDs are recorded in stereo(2 channel), not quadraphonic

    sorry for still asking, but i see that the MMC6500 support Power Handling (continuous) 125 w and the Amp http://www.mtx.com/caraudio/products/amplifiers/thunder342.cfm
    say that will give me 4 Ohm Load 85 w x 2 :(

    i think that the amp is a little small, right?

    Nope.

    First off all MTX amps are ridiculously underrated. That amp is probably actually putting out about 100-110x2 easily. The next amp up (502) is rated at 125x2 but I can guarantee ya its more in the 150x2 range.

    You dont always have to put the maximum wattage to a speaker. It is best to get as close as you can but 85 good clean watts to a 125 watt speaker would be fine. 50 watts would be a little low. It wouldnt hurt the speaker but you wouldnt get the most out of it either.

    mmm ok, and other brand that have 100-120 Watts?

    It depends on the manufacturer. Pretty much all high end brands like Crossfire, Xtant, MTX, Orion, Hifonics and so on will be underrated although Crossfire and MTX seem to be the most under.

    Your Profiles, US Accoustiks and such will pretty much put out what theyre rated at.

    Either way, for those speakers just look for an amp thats rated between 75-125 watts per channel. As long as its a quality manufacturer, it will be fine.

    ok...

    and now i have another question... specs say that ill get 800Watts using 14.4V instead 12v, how i get 14v from the car battery?

    i need an special battery?

    they rate them at 14 volts so they can put a higher number of watts, theres no batteries, at least that i know of, that run 14 volts, theyre all 12. your alternator is what lets you achieve 14 volts. the more amps you draw from your system, the better alternator you need to keep it at 14

    I wouldnt worry about the voltage rating. Virtually all quality amps make more power than theyre rated at so even tho the rating is at an unrealistic 14.4 volts, its a good bet that youll still be getting the rated power.
