...is what gas costs in GA right now.

I live right on the Tennessee / Georgia border and while its $1.49-1.54 in GA its $1.81-1.89 in TN.

You know whats even worse? A little over a year ago, I would be pissed as hell if I thought I had to pay $1.49 for gas! Now Im happy its so cheap again!

My last fill up last week was $2.09 gal. and I was happy about that..!

That was cheap considering it was $2.21 to $2.30 a couple weeks before that...

It was up to $2.51 across the Bridge in S.F last month...

That's exactly where they want us!!
Raise the prices up so high for so long that we feel 'thankful' when they drop.....
to higher prices than we were paying before they spiked....
Don't mind me - I just get sick & tired of being gouged day in and day out - everyone out to stick their grubby greedy hands in my pockets........

I think it's .04 cents a gollon in Iraq. Of course you have to dodge the suicide bombers but you will have a full tank of gas!

I paid $1.89 for mid-grade in Philadelphia, and then $1.84 across the state in Indiana, PA in the same day :) It's expensive driving my truck :(
    Ludicrous gibs!

it's pathetic to think our mid-grade used to be cheaper than our crappy grade... then one day the price changed and everyone flipped out.

Somewhere between $1.50 and $1.60 here. This doesn't bother me much anymore though. I walk less than 100 yards to work, so I fill up about every two or three weeks now instead of once a week like I did last year.
With prices like they are, we think our next vehicle will be a hybrid.

I wish I could only fill up once every 2-3 weeks. I fill up every 3 days. Sad thing is I'm still in HS. I drive about 130 miles a day.

My car hogs the gas too, or it could just be me.

I've noticed that the prices here in BC have been very stable for the last month or so... It keeps hovering around 80 cents a liter. Aparently its been stable and not jumping 10 cents every couple days because all the big haunchos are on vacation so there isn't much decision making going on and analysis of the prices.

Another thing to piss you off is that something like 40-50 cents of every gallon is taxes!

It's about $2.09 a gallon for 87 here in Chicago. Lucky for me, I haven't had to buy a tank of gas since April, although I fill up about 3 times a week. I have a company gas card, which saves me around $400/month. Gotta love promotions!

I think Chicago is cool. Ive always wanted to go there.

I like in the movie "The Fugitive" where they do a bunch of flyovers of the city.

I want to see New York City before I die as well.

Hopefully gas prices will go down enough so that I may cause F the airlines, Im drivin'!
