My uncle has an RM6600 system we installed about a year ago. He's looking to upgrade his front speakers. Would the RTi8's match well with the center and rear speaker of the RM6600?

Thanks

    No.

    Fronts and center, absolutely not.

Fronts and rears, it won't matter so much.

Plan on purchasing a matching center, ie. the CSi5.
    Go BIG or go home!

I think the point is that you will have to replace the front stage when you do the upgrade.

For Home Theater think of the fronts and center as a set. The rears are less important. (If you get into Concert DVD's or SACD, that will change)

When you upgrade (whatever you upgrade to) you will have to change the center channel as well. As a matter of fact, I would say you will get more improvement from the center channel upgrade than the front left and right. (for home theater anyway)

Just my opinion of course... :)
