what size amp i need for my subs

i have two Qpower subs, they are 12 inch and they in a fiberglass enclosure with four portholes. i dont know if that matters or not. they put out a max of 700 watts each. i have no idea what size amp to get, i also want to keep it reasonably cheap, if anyone could help me that would be great. thanks

What's the RMS power handling? Max means nothing when powering subs...
