    John, I maxed Thursday and was able to bench 275lbs with ease. I will hit it for another month or so and try for the 300lb mark next time. I am eating alot of food from my new George Foreman grill, and have cut out beer all the way. I have lost five lbs so far, and can bench over my own weight already. Diet helps! That's for sure.:D Hopefully all of you, my Polk brothers have a great 2005 and may all of your familys be safe!
