What movie chapters do you watch over and over? The one that I have watched the most has been Matrix: Lobby Shooting Spree. I seem to enjoy it every single time.

Merry Pagan Holiday!

    Behind Enemy Lines when the guy is being chased through a mine field and a flurry of bombs goes off on each side of him as he's running. DTS, man. Really shows off the sub.

    There are the obvious "bang, bang" scenes, but for womething more subtle check out LOTR-TT extended edition, Chapter 16, "Song of the Entwives" (D1- 58:13) when Treebeard is carrying Sam and Pippin through the woods, singing them to sleep.

    I used this chapter to show my wife what difference a sub makes. Treebeard's poetry and singing isn't anything to fall in love with, but his footfalls are incredible. It sounds like... well, like a tree hitting the ground over and over!

    ->Sub off - wimpy "bump--bump--bump"

    ->Sub on-"WHHHUMP--WHHHUMP--WHHHUMP" with bonus of windows and loose change rattling around the house.

    She was impressed.

    Those first 30 min. of Saving Private Ryan in DTS; still one of the best, as well as the Depth Charged scene in U-571, in DTS.

    DT Who?

    I get my ball-slappin in good ole 2.0 friend. You would marvel at the detail the JAN tubes bring out, it's like its 'right there'.

    The most recent one? Nothing to do with sound... the chick fight in Kill Bill 2. That has got to win the "Best Chick Fight" on the MTV Awards. The movies were kinda cool... not spectacular, but that fight takes the cake.
    Just... Bonham
