This is the new company by Morris Kessler who founded SAE (Scientific Audio Electronics) back in the 70's. SAE closed it's doors around 1994. Now Morris has ATI housed out of the same manufacturing warehouse as he ran SAE in Montebello California.

The amps are modular, so the chassis houses individual amps for each channel.
