Blown Fuses

Hey all.
Anyone know how bad a blown fuse (or just a power outage in general, I suppose) is for electronics? I know my computer's not a big fan, but how about my receiver? I was in teh middle of playing CD and TWICE the damned breaker on the house went (it's on teh same breaker as a microwave... or was). I have a decent surge protector on everything, but is any damage being done to the receiver, or even the speakers possibly from sudden power outages?
Thanks.

If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Its not the power outage as much as the sudden power on after you reset the breaker that can be rough,MY HT RIG:
