Blank Slate: Basement HT and 2-channel room

Ok, sorry about the ell crappy GIF (Best I can do without the ACAD drawings, had to cut and paste pieces from the I-net) Sid, you think you can clear it up on one of your CAD packages?
Right to left is 42' From top to stairway is 14'. From the top to the first E-W wall is 16' Absolute top to absolute bottom is ~31' From the furthest W wall to the firs wall is ~25'
What I'm looking for is a 7 room layout. In order of my interest of your inputs: Dedicated HT, Control room for HT, Man Cave/2-channel room, Game room (main area with wet bar), full bath, an extra bedroom, and utility/storage room.
At this point, total blank slate, I can move the utilities anywhere. I have a dedicated 30Amp line for the HT and a dedicated 20Amp line for the 2-channel room. The walkout and windows must go on the north side....
Not looking for super details, just rough ideas.
