The Parasound is the best choice so far IMO. Excellent amplifier.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Go with the Adcom 5503. Adcom amps have very sweet warm sound. Silky and smooth and extreamly clean.
Visit www.adcom.com and check out there amplifiers, they make one of the most powerful amplifiers.
I'm using Adcom GFA-7805 and the sound coming out of my polks is simply stunning. Warm and smooth.

I'm using a 5503 to power the lower end of our 12's and our CSi5...I have a small 5300 Adcom powering the upper end of the 12's...Very pleased so far.
Going to replace the 5300 with a 5400 (2x125) for the mids and tweets, this will be approx. 325 watts into 12's...
There are a few that don't care for a bi-amped setup, but,I think to properly drive the 12's you need to...
Either of the amps you mentioned would be an improvement over what the Denon can provide,I have a 3803 that made the 12's sound very good on its own,but adding the amps has made a huge sonic difference... -
Another vote for the Parasound. I also have the 3802 and adding the 1500A amp really brought my speakers to life. Check out AudioAdvisers.com and see if they have a 1500A B-stock on sale.

Whole lot of good power for not a lot of money? Sounds like Carver to me... Outlaw would be good except they max out at 200W/channel.
Also, might want to start looking at some pro series amp. Substantially more bang for the buck there. There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction.
