    No.

Having rear speakers is not a bad thing, just not the best.

Having the same frequencies hit your ears at different times due to different distances will smear the detail not to mention pulling your soundstage to the rear.

Rear speakers are for passengers only and as a wise man once said, "once my passengers start paying for some of this stuff Ill worry about how good their soundstage is". Couldnt have said it better.

The cars you see with 14 speakers in each door are either demo cars designed for flashyness, or dimwits that have more money than they should be allowed to have.

1 set of speakers is all you need.

if you dont already know, the 6500 comes with 4 speakers, 2 tweeters and 2 mid ranges, 1 for each side of the car, so in fact, you do have 2 speakers on/in each door

there are benefits to 3-way component systems though, for instance a 6.5 and a 5.25 woofer with a 1"tweeter... however more than that is just getting rediculous... i heard of one guy who ran like 10 tweeters thinking it'd help his Db rating...

    Stick with the MM2124.

Its a damn good sounding sub and works in a smallish box for a 12.

    ok.

im simulating both,... vented and closed and looks ill get a lower frequency using vented... but need to use 140L box instead 75l for closed.....

btw.... i read the polk page and recomends 42.48 liters for Ported and 24.92 liters for sealed....

u guys tested it in 25l box?

We're Americans, we dont know how to read metric! ;)

You can get lower frequencies out of ported and even a little more output as well but youll almost always get better sound quality out of a sealed box.

What do you base that on?
I've heard many ported boxs that have just as smooth response as sealed, and they hit lower. I think too often people build ported boxes poorly, (ie too small, or tuned too high) and then think ported is not for SQ.

Im sure you can make a ported box that sounds as good as a sealed maybe even better. But its a lot of work, trial and error and calculations.

A sealed is pretty straight forward.

Also, Ive not heard too many ported boxes that sounded as good as a sealed. Louder and lower but not better.

Dont get me wrong. Im not saying ported boxes sound like ****, just that I prefer sealed for SQ.

    Even simpler.

"For the same amount of work and hassle, a sealed box will have better SQ than a ported."

That sucks nobody doesnt sell Polks over there. If all you can get is the DB6500 then go for it. Those are very good speakers for the money. Actually you should look into the DB6750 which is a 6 3/4" component set.
