What kind of cable I should use to connect HK AVR 7300 with Carver M 500t?

Connect the Carver amp from the preouts for Front Left and Right on your HK. You can use anything from the thin red and white audio cable that come in the box with audio gear to exotic connectors costing thousands. They all move the electrical signal from the AVR to amp. We refer to them as interconnects. Less costly connects are available at Radio Shack, Home Depot, etc.
Many here like the ones sold by www.signalcable.com
they will give you a little discount if you tell them you are a club member. I cannot recommend you use monster since this company want to sue any other using the word monster.
