I am on the dreaded "Do not buy anything for yourself until after Christmas" restrictions. I think its waiting for me under the tree as well. I am very excited about this box set.

it's Nirvana. haha Personally, I was never really a big fan of them. I always thought them to be very overrated. Again, just my opinion.

It's actually no use for me to get into in any real great depth because I'm sure I'm in the minority. I was VERY impressed with the packaging. They actually have a material on the back of it that fades away when you rub on it or apply heat and then comes back when it gets cold again. I forgot what it's called, but that's pretty cool.

I was actually quite unimpressed with the quality of a lot of the material....and the last song Kurt wrote just plain sucks. My cousin, who was one of the biggest Nirvana fans I know and is also my roommate....just didn't like it either and was a bit disappointed. We realize the quality isn't going to be great because a lot of these are demos, but I've truthfully heard a lot of what they came out with already. I'd have to imagine the real big fans of Nirvana felt like he and I did, but maybe I'm wrong.

It will make a great Christmas gift. It's not bad at all and I didn't mean to give that impression. It just wasn't what I was expecting. I really wish I could clarify that more.
