DS7200 Channel Balance Setup problem

I am attempting to set up the balance of my DS7200. When I press the Balance button on the remote, I get a picture on the TV screen to permit me to adjust front left and front right only...not what the manual says which includes an adjustment option for all 5 speakers...

Any idea why this is occurring and how I can fix it?
