I always tell my customers how great Polk customer service is based on the stories of everyone on this forum. Well, finally, I actually needed help myself and Polk CS exceeded my expectations. Ken S. at Polk CS is sending new member mytrook a replacement grill for the 505 that our friends at 'brown' managed to shatter despite my double-insulated box.

    Dude, we hear all kinds of stuff like this on the CA side.

    Somebody will pop on bitching that he blew a hole in his mid and he doesnt have his receipt and waaaahhhh.

    About 2 days later, hes back on saying Kim is sending him a new mid.

    I havent heard anybody complain about Polk CS yet.
