Psw350 - Blown Amp Or Driver?
vibes
Posts: 3
I purchased a Polk PSW350 around Christmas and have been running it through my main speaker outputs of my Yamaha HTR-5250 receiver.
The sub sounded very good... clean, deep bass... but now it seems that it's lost a lot of power and distorts very easily.
My settings haven't changes from when it sounded good... bass output main, sub off, main speakers large, center & rear speakers small, crossover set around 90Hz and gain is at less than have.
I haven't pushed the sub to its maximum so I know I haven't done anything to blow the sub.
Has anyone ever had this happen?
Should I return it for replacement or repairs?
I appreciate any help you can offer.
